Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage community interactions by responding to customer inquiries and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve reach and engagement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of offline and online promotional activities for printing and advertising services.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends and social media algorithm updates.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels to enhance market presence.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Excellent command of Malay and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong advantage.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- A creative mindset with a portfolio or examples of past social media content creation.
