- Manage client marketplace listings with SEO-optimized product descriptions
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to refine marketing strategies
- Respond to audience inquiries and maintain brand voice consistency
- Collaborate with marketing team on integrated campaigns
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Coordinate with clients to align content with brand guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1+ years of social media management experience
- Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and marketplace platforms
- Strong content creation skills (copywriting, graphic design basics)
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and time management skills
