Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos)
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
- Manage community engagement and respond to user inquiries
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaign alignment
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of social media management experience
- Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Experience with social media analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
