- Manage and grow official social media accounts across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Develop engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and captions tailored to brand voice.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize content strategy.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and produce weekly or monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated digital campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
- Stay updated with the latest platform algorithm updates and digital marketing best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Understanding of SEO principles and basic analytics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
