Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day operations of iQIYI International's TikTok accounts, including content scheduling, publishing, and community management

  • Monitor TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content optimization
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on key KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with TikTok's features, tools, and best practices to maximize platform utilization
  • Identify and engage with potential brand partnerships and influencer collaborations to expand our TikTok presence

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, with proven expertise in TikTok operations
  • Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, content trends, and best practices for organic growth
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
