You will be responsible for conceptualizing engaging content, managing community interactions, and executing marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and customer conversion. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Manage end-to-end product marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and product adoption.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and ROI.
- Engage with our online community by responding to inquiries and fostering positive brand sentiment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product messaging is consistent across all marketing assets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and digital marketing activations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (internships are welcome).
- Strong proficiency in social media scheduling tools and content creation apps (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and digital trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a tight-knit team environment.
