Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the 'Content Waterfall' framework to convert raw ideas and video recordings into polished, SEO-optimized content
- Develop engaging social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO techniques for maximum organic reach
- Collaborate with U.S.-based team members to align content with marketing objectives
- Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics
- Ensure all content maintains consistent brand voice and messaging standards
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and emerging SEO/social media trends
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and SEO implementation
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with content management systems and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of video content editing and repurposing techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
