Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content including posts, videos, graphics, and stories that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage
- Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize social media campaigns and content strategy
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and cross-promotional opportunities
- Stay current with social media tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English and Indonesian
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
- Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and staying ahead of digital trends
