Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, image, and video) across all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments and inquiries in a professional, brand-aligned tone.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align social media efforts with broader business goals and product launches.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage paid social media advertising budgets and perform A/B testing on ad creatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful brand social media channels.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics), and content scheduling platforms.
  • Excellent proficiency in copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
