- Monitor and respond to all inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and schedule client appointments, ensuring all booking details are accurately recorded and communicated to the relevant departments.
- Proactively engage with the online community to foster brand loyalty and increase organic reach.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to follow up on leads generated through social media channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand voice consistency across all digital interactions.
- Track engagement metrics and provide weekly reports on inquiry-to-appointment conversion rates.
- Identify common customer pain points and provide feedback to management to improve service delivery.
- Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and appointment schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in social media management, community management, or a customer-facing digital role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple calendars and appointment schedules.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting performance targets.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on lead generation and customer satisfaction.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Kamuning, Metro Manila.
