Creimate Studio is a dynamic and creative team based in Sleman, Yogyakarta, and we are currently looking for a passionate Social Media Specialist to join our growing creative hub. If you are a digital storyteller with a pulse on current trends, an eye for aesthetics, and a strategic mindset, we want to hear from you.
As our Social Media Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand across multiple platforms. You won't just be posting content; you will be crafting digital experiences that foster community, drive engagement, and elevate our brand presence. You will work closely with our creative team to conceptualize campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize our digital footprint in a competitive market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (text, image, and video) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with the community to build brand loyalty and sentiment.
- Analyze social media KPIs and report on performance metrics to provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital tools.
- Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence.
- Execute influencer outreach and partnership initiatives to expand brand reach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platform algorithms and native analytics tools.
- Strong proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut).
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into creative strategy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the local market in DI Yogyakarta is a plus.
