Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the Kimstore website.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (including posts, stories, and graphics) tailored for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Manage daily community interactions, responding to inquiries promptly, and fostering a positive brand voice.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and social media insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align social campaigns with product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or Digital Marketing Associate.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO best practices, and current social media trends.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write compelling captions and ad copy.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
