- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including posts, stories, graphics, and short-form videos that align with the brand's voice.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, contests, and promotional events.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly or monthly reports to track growth and engagement.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure all posts adhere to community guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years minimum) in social media management or digital marketing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative writing, graphic design, or content creation skills.
- Excellent command of the English language and strong copywriting abilities.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices in the electronics industry.
