Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create engaging content calendars with visually appealing graphics, videos, and written posts
- Monitor brand mentions, respond to audience inquiries, and foster community engagement
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize reach and ROI
- Collaborate with marketing team to align social efforts with brand campaigns
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry best practices
- Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in social media management (2+ years preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation and campaign execution
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and visual communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Knowledge of real estate marketing principles and audience targeting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
