- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms
- Create engaging content (text, graphics, videos) aligned with brand voice
- Monitor trends and optimize campaigns using analytics tools
- Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with marketing team on cross-channel campaigns
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in social media management (2+ years)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content creation
- Expertise in major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
