Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms
- Manage social media accounts, including community moderation and customer response
- Create visual and written content (graphics, videos, copy) aligned with brand voice
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies using analytics tools
- Coordinate with marketing team to integrate social campaigns with broader initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and SEO principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with social media analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
