Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Create engaging visual and written content aligned with brand voice and aesthetic standards
- Manage community engagement including responding to comments, messages, and reviews
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and campaign ROI
- Collaborate with marketing team on integrated campaigns and product launches
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Coordinate with graphic designers for visual asset creation
- Manage paid social media advertising budgets and targeting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of proven social media management experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful content campaigns and audience growth
- Proficiency in social analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Strong understanding of beauty/aesthetic industry trends and terminology
- Exceptional written and visual communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
