Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create engaging content (copy, graphics, short videos) aligned with brand voice and audience interests
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Facebook Insights and Google Analytics
- Collaborate with marketing team on integrated campaigns and promotions
- Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes
- Manage social media advertising budgets and ROI tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of social media management experience
- Proven portfolio of successful social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
