Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Write engaging copy, captions, and blog posts that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand voice.
- Design and edit visual content, including images, infographics, and short videos, using design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage social media calendars and schedule posts to ensure consistent brand messaging and high engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics and engagement data to optimize content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Respond to direct messages (DMs) and comments promptly to ensure excellent customer service and community management.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or Content Creator (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and graphic design software.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
