Your role will involve managing our social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to launch successful campaigns.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition.
- Create engaging visual and written content, including high-quality photos, videos, and copy for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and social media analytics to optimize content performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals and clinic promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong creative writing and copywriting skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro) is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
