- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok platforms
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and algorithm changes to optimize content performance
- Create engaging visual and written content (posts, stories, videos, reels) aligned with brand voice
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and fostering user interactions
- Collaborate with marketing team to align social campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs including reach, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Stay updated on platform updates and emerging social media tools to maintain competitive edge
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management for beauty/lifestyle brands
- Proven expertise in Instagram and TikTok content creation and community growth
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret social media metrics and trends
- Excellent copywriting, graphic design, and video editing abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for beauty industry and understanding of Indonesian social media landscape
