Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create engaging visual and written content aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare monthly performance reports
- Manage community engagement, respond to inquiries, and handle reputation management
- Collaborate with marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes
- Coordinate with design team for visual asset creation
- Optimize paid social campaigns for maximum ROI
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years social media management experience
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Experience in electronics/tech industry preferred
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM fundamentals
