Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for Dominion Chemicals.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (including graphics, copy, and videos) for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to report on performance and optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align social media content with promotional activities and product launches.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools and social media best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, engaging, and professional content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and SEO principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
