Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with NABE's brand identity and business goals
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize content and engagement
- Engage with our Health & Fitness community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotional activities
- Manage the day-to-day administration of social media accounts, including scheduling posts and maintaining content calendars
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Ability to create engaging content that resonates with Health & Fitness communities
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment
