- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with brand guidelines
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare monthly reports to track performance and ROI
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure consistency across all digital channels
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize for maximum reach and engagement
- Coordinate with design team to create visually appealing assets for social media
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Strong graphic design skills with experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar
