Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Create engaging content for social media channels including posts, graphics, and videos
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for brand growth
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports
- Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new social media features
- Assist in planning and executing social media events and promotions
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Previous social media experience or personal projects a plus
