Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to brand goals.
- Manage the end-to-end content production process, including ideation, copywriting, and asset creation.
- Foster a vibrant online community by engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate with the creative and production teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare detailed monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social campaigns with broader business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to optimize content performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
