- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) tailored for Plaza BMW.
- Manage and maintain the master content calendar, ensuring a consistent stream of engaging posts, stories, and reels.
- Create high-quality, visually compelling content that reflects the prestige and innovation of the BMW brand.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align social media activities with showroom promotions and events.
- Research and implement current social media trends, hashtags, and features to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns to expand brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in the automotive, luxury goods, or lifestyle industry.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills in both English and Indonesian, with a knack for crafting engaging narratives.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) and basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for visual aesthetics and creative content creation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Having a background or deep interest in the automotive industry, specifically the BMW brand, is a significant advantage.
