Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, inquiries, and messages in a timely and brand-aligned tone.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve reach.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize visual storytelling and video content for campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure brand relevance.
- Assist in executing influencer marketing initiatives and managing brand partnerships.
- Provide regular reports on campaign insights and engagement growth to management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Manager, or similar role (preferably in the beauty or retail sector).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong command of English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing apps (e.g., CapCut).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and SEO principles for social.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Deep passion for beauty, skincare, and current digital marketing trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
