- Develop and execute social media content calendars for a diverse range of clients.
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia content using Canva and other design tools.
- Schedule, publish, and optimize posts across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
- Monitor online conversations, moderate comments, and engage with the community to build brand loyalty.
- Analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and generate weekly performance reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with campaign goals.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Social Media Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Expert-level proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
- Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
