- Manage Social Media Presence: Strategically plan and curate content across all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Website Management: Oversee the maintenance, updates, and optimization of the company website to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Content Creation: Design and edit visual assets, including banners, infographics, and social media posts using design tools.
- Email Marketing: Draft, design, and execute professional email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.
- Technical Translation: Interpret technical updates and convert them into clear, user-friendly documentation for the audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website traffic and social media metrics to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all digital assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and basic website administration.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Tools: Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic SEO principles is a plus.
