Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive home visits and social assessments for families in need.
- Develop and implement individualized case management plans to address family challenges.
- Provide professional counseling and emotional support to clients facing crises.
- Advocate for clients to secure housing, financial aid, and essential services.
- Organize and facilitate family skill-building workshops and support groups.
- Prepare detailed case notes and reports for internal review and case conferences.
- Collaborate with government agencies, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Family Service or Social Work.
- Valid registration as a Social Worker with the relevant professional body.
- Strong ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Deep understanding of social welfare policies and community resources in Singapore.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Commitment to the core values of empathy, confidentiality, and integrity.
