- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems for accounting and finance applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate financial requirements into technical specifications
- Implement secure, compliant solutions for financial data processing and reporting
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Participate in full SDLC including testing, documentation, and deployment
- Integrate third-party financial APIs and payment gateways
- Ensure systems meet regulatory requirements (OJK, IDX standards)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years experience in software development, preferably financial/accounting domain
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# with strong OOP fundamentals
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and financial frameworks/APIs
- Understanding of accounting principles, financial instruments, or capital markets
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving in financial contexts
- Agile development methodology experience and version control proficiency
