Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using industry-standard programming languages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Japanese-speaking stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements
- Participate in agile development cycles including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
- Debug and resolve technical issues across multiple platforms and environments
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and knowledge sharing within the engineering team
- Contribute to technical documentation and architectural discussions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Professional Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2/N3 or equivalent) for effective communication
- Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience collaborating in multicultural teams
