- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices
- Optimize Jira workflows for agile development, including configuration, automation, and reporting
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality releases
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical innovation initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in software development with Java/Python/C#
- Expert proficiency in Jira administration and workflow customization
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and agile practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container technologies
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant certifications in Jira or cloud technologies preferred
