Tanggung Jawab
- Write and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including API references, user guides, release notes, and technical proposals.
- Collaborate closely with software development and testing teams to gather requirements, clarify technical concepts, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Create and update technical diagrams, flowcharts, and schemas to visually support written content.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, consistent with style guides, and adheres to quality standards.
- Optimize documentation for search engines (SEO) to improve content discoverability and user engagement.
- Conduct peer reviews and proofread content to eliminate errors and enhance readability.
- Manage the documentation lifecycle from concept to publication using standard tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation role within the IT industry.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, Javadoc, or Git-based wikis.
- Experience working within a software development lifecycle (SDLC) and understanding of software testing methodologies.
- Excellent research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
