As a Solar Panel Installer, you will work hand-in-hand with our engineering and installation teams to construct, configure, and maintain high-quality photovoltaic (PV) solar systems. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work, have a strong technical aptitude, and are passionate about green technology. Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble and install solar panels, structural mounts, and racking systems on residential and commercial rooftops or ground structures.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and bolt structural framing and solar modules according to electrical and engineering schematic diagrams.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and system testing on existing solar installations to ensure optimal performance.
- Apply weatherproofing measures, sealants, and proper flashing to protect building structures from environmental damage.
- Maintain strict compliance with occupational safety and health standards, including utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) and fall protection.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, site supervisors, and electricians to complete projects on schedule.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma, vocational/technical course graduate, or equivalent; certification in electrical, construction, or renewable energy is a major advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in construction, roofing, electrical work, or solar installation is preferred, but motivated beginners are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work comfortably at heights, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment (up to 25 kg) in varying outdoor weather conditions.
- Basic proficiency in using hand and power tools (e.g., drills, wrenches, levels, measuring tapes).
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, safety-first attitude.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites within Quezon City and surrounding Metro Manila areas.
