Tanggung Jawab
- Design and document comprehensive infrastructure solutions including virtualization, cloud computing, and server architectures
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to assess requirements and define solution scopes
- Develop detailed technical proposals and presentations showcasing VMware/cloud solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to position solutions against competitors and win deals
- Conduct PoCs and workshops to validate technical feasibility and client expectations
- Provide presales support including RFP responses, technical whitepapers, and product demonstrations
- Maintain deep expertise in emerging technologies (hybrid cloud, SDDC, containerization)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 5+ years in presales architecture or infrastructure design roles
- Expert-level VMware certification (VCP-DCV or higher) and cloud platform knowledge (AWS/Azure)
- Proven track record designing enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience with server operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for client communications
