Lewis Personnel Management is currently accepting applications for a talented Solutions Engineer to join our growing team in Cebu. In this hybrid role, you will act as the technical bridge between our product development teams and our valued clients, ensuring that every solution delivered meets the highest standards of quality and performance. We are offering a competitive salary of ₱110,000 to ₱150,000 per month, reflecting the value we place on technical expertise and client service. Your responsibilities will span the entire client lifecycle, from initial consultation and requirements gathering to successful implementation and ongoing support. You will be responsible for designing scalable technical architectures, conducting deep-dive system demonstrations, and troubleshooting complex issues to ensure client satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Tech-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to design and present technical solutions that align with client requirements and business goals.
- Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of our services.
- Technical Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) testing, and architecture reviews for prospective clients.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide high-level technical support to resolve complex client challenges.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, architecture diagrams, and training materials.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing technical consultation.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor technologies to provide informed recommendations to the product team.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or in a similar technical support role.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, and software integration.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Soft Skills: Proactive problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools is a plus.
- Location: Must be willing to work from Cebu City.
