Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and deploy end-to-end video solutions using ByteDance's Video Cloud infrastructure
- Partner with clients to define requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Optimize video workflows including transcoding, storage, delivery, and DRM implementation
- Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution of complex video streaming challenges
- Develop solution documentation, API integrations, and implementation guides
- Collaborate with product teams to provide client feedback and drive platform enhancements
- Conduct solution demonstrations and training for enterprise clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in video streaming technologies (HLS, DASH, WebRTC)
- Expertise in cloud video platforms (AWS Media Services, Azure Media Services, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of video codecs (H.264, HEVC, AV1) and adaptive bitrate streaming
- Experience with API integration and solution architecture design
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Client-facing experience with strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for automation
