SOZO Skin Clinic is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinic Manager to lead our premier beauty and skincare center in Bali. As a leader in the beauty industry, we provide professional services related to advanced skincare and beauty treatments, including skin rejuvenation, specialized facials, and cutting-edge cosmetic procedures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing beauty clinics or similar establishments, with a deep understanding of skincare treatments, client relations, and team leadership. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional client service
- Manage and motivate the team of skincare specialists, aestheticians, and support staff
- Implement and maintain clinic policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Monitor inventory, ordering supplies, and managing budget for clinic operations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly
- Stay updated on the latest skincare treatments, products, and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing beauty clinics or similar establishments
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and financial aspects of the business
- Proficiency in using clinic management software and digital tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid professional license or certification in skincare management (preferred)
