Tanggung Jawab
- Greet clients warmly and assist with the check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, reception areas, and common spaces.
- Prepare spa equipment, oils, towels, and amenities before and after treatments.
- Support professional therapists by managing supply inventory and restocking treatment stations.
- Ensure a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere by monitoring noise levels and lighting.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and handling basic inquiries.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a spa, beauty salon, or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding hygiene and facility maintenance.
- Basic command of English and Malay to communicate with diverse clientele.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Physically fit and comfortable performing tasks such as light lifting and standing for extended periods.
