Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily spa operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget adherence
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to attract and retain high-value clientele
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations while maintaining premium service standards
- Train, mentor, and motivate spa therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor financial performance, analyze KPIs, and implement cost-control measures
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of spa products and equipment
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly to maintain brand reputation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive spa management experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in team development, performance management, and staff retention
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness therapies, and industry trends
- Proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems) and inventory control software
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue optimization
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and local languages
- Certification in spa management or hospitality preferred
