- Manage daily spa operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Drive sales performance by promoting premium services, packages, and retail products
- Ensure exceptional customer service through staff coaching and guest relationship management
- Maintain operational standards including hygiene protocols, inventory control, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase retention
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost management, and revenue optimization

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spa/hotel management with proven leadership record
- Strong background in sales, customer service, and team development
- Knowledge of spa operations, inventory management, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities
- Proficiency in spa management software and basic accounting principles
- Certification in spa management or wellness-related field preferred
