Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of professional spa treatments, including traditional Balinese massage, deep tissue, aromatherapy, body wraps, and scrubs, adhering to established protocols and Butler Management's high standards.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual needs, preferences, and health conditions, customizing treatments for optimal results and satisfaction.
- Ensure all treatment rooms are meticulously prepared, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene before and after each service.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a serene, relaxing, and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
- Educate clients on the benefits of spa treatments and recommend suitable spa products for home care to extend their wellness journey.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and treatment logs.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and ethical guidelines.
- Actively participate in ongoing training, workshops, and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated with industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa, hotel, or resort setting.
- Certified in various massage techniques and spa therapies (e.g., Balinese, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy); CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent local certifications are highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and a deep understanding of spa product ingredients and their benefits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, as required by the business.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
