- Manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate client records
- Stay updated on new spa techniques and wellness trends
- Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Certification in massage therapy or related wellness field
- Minimum 1 year experience in spa or therapeutic setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
