Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional massage therapy and body treatments according to client needs.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting atmosphere in treatment rooms and common areas.
- Greet clients warmly, explain treatment procedures, and ensure a relaxing experience.
- Up-sell spa products and additional services to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
- Keep accurate records of client preferences and treatment notes.
Kualifikasi
- Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage, or Holistic Health.
- Proven experience working in a premium spa or wellness center.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid Basic English proficiency is preferred.
