Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional massage therapy techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and Balinese massage.
- Conduct reflexology sessions and advanced facial treatments to meet client needs.
- Ensure all treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies before and after each session.
- Greet clients warmly, consult on their needs, and provide a relaxing and luxurious spa experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, treatment preferences, and product usage.
- Adhere to all company health and safety protocols and product usage guidelines.
- Collaborate with the spa management team to ensure high standards of service delivery across all outlets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a reputable spa or salon setting.
- Certification or license in Massage Therapy, Reflexology, or Esthetics is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, body mechanics, and various massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physically fit to perform long hours of standing and hands-on massage work.
- Willingness to be placed at various outlets located throughout Indonesia.
