Tanggung Jawab
- Perform therapeutic massages and body treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and traditional Balinese techniques
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain pristine treatment rooms with strict adherence to hygiene protocols
- Upsell spa packages and retail products to enhance client experiences
- Manage appointment schedules and treatment documentation accurately
- Collaborate with team members to create seamless client journeys
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging wellness practices
Kualifikasi
- Certification in massage therapy or equivalent from accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury spa or resort setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid health and hygiene certification
- Professional appearance and calm demeanor under pressure
