Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional body treatments, massages (including Balinese, Swedish, and aromatherapy), and spa therapies using premium products
- Conduct client consultations to personalize treatment plans and address specific wellness needs
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, equipment, and product inventory according to hygiene standards
- Upsell spa packages, retail products, and additional services to enhance guest experiences
- Document treatments and client preferences in our spa management system
- Collaborate with therapists to ensure seamless service delivery during peak hours
- Participate in ongoing training to master new techniques and product knowledge
- Uphold Asai Village's brand values through exceptional guest interactions and service excellence
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional spa therapy experience in a luxury resort or high-end spa environment
- Certification in massage therapy and specialized body treatments (e.g., hot stone, reflexology)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for spa treatments
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid health certification and professional liability insurance
- Proven track record in exceeding guest satisfaction metrics
- Passion for Balinese culture and traditional healing practices
